The leadership, management, and administration of all school activities shall be conducted in accordance with the school's Charter, Operational Regulations, and Organizational Structure.

Maintain and promote unity, overcome difficulties, and accomplish assigned tasks: During the process of leading, managing, and running the school, the Principal and Vice Principals must coordinate closely to ensure unity and effectiveness. Encourage individual creativity and initiative, as well as a collaborative spirit, to fulfill assigned tasks, complete set plans, and address any unforeseen tasks delegated by higher authorities.
